Welcome! I’m delighted you’ve stopped by. I’m Chanese, the founder and lead decorator of Cha Dreams Decor.
Back in October 2022, fresh out of college and thriving in a solid career, I realized something was missing—my chance to create. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to throwing gatherings, designing beautiful spaces, and bringing people together. That passion inspired me to launch this business right from my bedroom.
As a wife and mother, I treasure the warmth and joy family brings. Cha Dreams Decor was born from my desire to help couples, friends, and families celebrate their connections by transforming ordinary rooms into heartfelt settings. There’s nothing quite like the moment your eyes light up when you walk into a space that feels made just for you—and that’s what motivates me every single day.

Booking Request Form
Welcome to Cha Dreams Decor, we’re so excited to bring your vision to life!
Before you begin your booking request, please take a moment to review the important information below so your experience is smooth from start to finish.
This form collects all the details we need (date, time, colors, location, event type, and more) to design the perfect setup for your special occasion. We truly appreciate you entrusting us to bring your vision to life.
Decorating typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on the package. Once your inquiry is submitted and approved, we will look over all details and text you with your deposit information and booking confirmation. A $100 deposit is required to secure your date, and your booking is not confirmed until that deposit has been made. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event via Zelle or Apple Pay (cash not accepted).
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a full invoice with package details, your remaining balance, and an electronic contract to sign.
Event Day Guidelines
For safety and space reasons, no one is allowed in the room during decorating.
Guests must be fully checked into the hotel prior to the decorator’s arrival.
To stay on schedule, guests may either:
1. Leave a room key with the front desk under the decorator’s name (preferred), or
2. Meet the decorator in person to hand over the key.Late arrivals over 30 minutes incur a $45 late fee. After 30 minutes, the booking may be canceled.
If checking in the day before, please ensure the room is tidy and the bed is clean and fully made. We recommend requesting room service prior to our arrival.
Fees & Additional Information
To remain transparent and ensure a smooth experience, the following fees apply to all bookings:
Parking/Valet Fee: $30
DC or Virginia Travel Fee: $35
House Calls & Airbnb Setups: $65 (due to special materials and additional setup needs)
Rush Fees:
Booked within 7 days: $75
Booked within 2 days: $100
